1. General No-Refund Policy
All purchases made on BlazinFans are final.  
We do not offer refunds for:

- Subscription payments  
- Tips  
- Pay-per-view content  
- Messaging fees  
- Digital downloads  
- Creator shop items (if applicable)  

Once digital content is delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. Billing Provider – CCBill
All charges on BlazinFans are processed securely through CCBill.
