Anti–Human Trafficking Policy

Blazin Fans, owned and operated by Tyler Powell, LLC, maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any form of coerced activity. All users, creators, and visitors agree to comply fully with this Anti–Human Trafficking Policy as a condition of using the Blazin Fans platform.

1. Zero-Tolerance Toward Trafficking & Exploitation

Tyler Powell, LLC prohibits the use of Blazin Fans to:

  • Recruit, advertise, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, or solicit any person for commercial sex or forced labor.

  • Upload, post, stream, or distribute any content involving exploitation, coercion, force, fraud, manipulation, or involuntary activity.

  • Promote, assist, facilitate, or benefit—directly or indirectly—from any act of human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, removal of content, suspension of payouts, reporting to law enforcement, and permanent banning from the platform.

2. Strict Prohibition of Minors

Blazin Fans does not allow:

  • The creation, posting, sharing, or possession of any content involving minors (any person under 18).

  • The suggestion, implication, or appearance of minor involvement in sexual or exploitative activity.

  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to contact minors through the platform.

Any indication or suspicion that minor exploitation has occurred will result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Preservation of data

  • Mandatory reporting to law enforcement and appropriate child protection agencies

This safeguard is mandatory under Tyler Powell, LLC policies and CCBill compliance requirements.

3. Duty to Report

Users agree to immediately report any suspected human trafficking, exploitation, or minor-related abuse on or related to Blazin Fans.

4. Enforcement & Compliance

Tyler Powell, LLC reserves the right—without prior notice—to:

  • Remove or restrict content

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Freeze or reverse payouts

  • Provide information to law enforcement or third-party processors

  • Limit access to services

  • Conduct investigations into suspected violations

Blazin Fans may cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, payment processors (including CCBill), regulatory bodies, and recognized anti-trafficking organizations.

5. User Responsibility

By using Blazin Fans, all users acknowledge and agree to:

  • Only participate in consensual activity

  • Verify they are not involved in any form of trafficking or exploitation

  • Avoid benefiting from or promoting any related illegal activities

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including U.S. and international anti-trafficking laws

  • Cooperate in any investigation conducted by Tyler Powell, LLC or authorities

Failure to comply results in immediate loss of platform privileges.

6. Consent & Legal Adult Verification

All creators must verify they are:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Participating freely and consensually

  • Submitting accurate identification information

  • Producing content without force, fraud, coercion, manipulation, blackmail, or trafficking influences

This verification is required to maintain CCBill compliance and legal operation standards.
