Creator Agreement

By uploading, publishing, distributing, or monetizing content through Blazin Fans, each creator, uploader, or account holder agrees to the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You own or control the rights necessary to upload and distribute the content.

• Every person appearing in the content is at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

• All content was created and uploaded with full knowledge and consent of all persons appearing in it.

• The content does not violate any law, regulation, contractual obligation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or platform rule.

• You will maintain and produce, upon lawful request or platform request, sufficient age and identity documentation and any other required records relating to your content.

• Blazin Fans reserves the right to reject, remove, restrict, demonetize, or report content or accounts that violate law, processor requirements, or platform policy.
