These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the BlazinFans platform (“Platform,” “Website,” “Service”), which is owned and operated by Tyler Powell, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “Creator,” or “Viewer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility
To use BlazinFans, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Not appear on any sex-offender registry
- Have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- Provide accurate information during account creation
- Comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access at our discretion.

2. Account Registration
Users must provide:
- Legal name
- Valid email
- Accurate billing information
- Government-issued ID (Creators only)

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Keeping login details confidential
- All activity under your account
- Updating information when it changes

We may suspend or delete accounts for suspicious activity.

3. Creator Verification
Creators must:
- Pass age verification
- Provide ID and facial verification
- Submit tax forms (if applicable)
- Agree to the Creator Agreement and DMCA rules

Creators cannot publish content until fully approved.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
You may NOT upload, post, or distribute:
- Minors or persons under 18
- Non-consensual content
- Incest or bestiality
- Illegal acts or drug use
- Weapons violations
- Threats, harassment, or hate speech
- Stolen or copyrighted material
- Revenge porn
- Deepfakes without consent
- Misleading or fraudulent content
- Any content that violates Georgia or U.S. law

We may remove any content violating standards or at our discretion.

5. Content Ownership
Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload.

By uploading content, Creators grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Store
- Display
- Stream
- Promote
- Transmit
- Monetize through platform tools

This license is for platform functionality only and does not transfer ownership.

6. User Responsibilities
Users must not:
- Screenshot, record, or distribute paid content
- Share content outside the Platform
- Harass or stalk Creators
- Circumvent payment systems
- Create fake profiles
- Encourage illegal behavior
- Sell accounts
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform

Legal action may be taken for violations.

7. Billing & Payments
Paid features include:
- Subscriptions
- Tips
- Pay-per-view
- Messaging fees
- Creator shop items (if enabled)

Payments are processed by CCBill, our third-party billing provider.

Users authorize CCBill to charge their payment method for any purchases.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

8. Payouts to Creators
Creators receive payouts according to:
- Platform earnings
- Payment processor fees
- Chargebacks or refunds
- Pending balances during investigations

Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to delay or freeze payouts if:
- Fraud is suspected
- A legal dispute exists
- A DMCA claim is filed
- A refund or chargeback occurs

9. Disputes & Chargebacks
Chargebacks may result in:
- Negative balance
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination

Creators are financially responsible for losses caused by fraudulent or deceptive activity.

10. DMCA Policy
We comply with U.S. copyright law.

All DMCA Notices and counter-notices must be submitted to:

11. Termination
We may terminate any account for:
- Violating policies
- Illegal activity
- Failing ID verification
- Chargebacks
- Fraud
- Abusive behavior

Upon termination:
- Access ends immediately
- Funds may be held or forfeited depending on the violation

Users may close their account anytime.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyler Powell, LLC from any claims arising from:
- Your content
- Your interactions
- Your violations of these Terms
- Any misuse of the Platform

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of:
- Income
- Availability
- Continuous service
- Error-free features
- Content performance

Use is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Tyler Powell, LLC is not liable for indirect damages
- We are not responsible for user behavior
- We are not responsible for Creator content
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

All disputes must be resolved in:
- State courts in Fulton County, Georgia, or
- Federal courts within the Northern District of Georgia

16. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform means you accept all updates.
